RETURNS POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES:


It is important to us at Turner and Lane that you are happy with your purchase.
If for some reason you need to return your purchase as it does not suit your needs, please follow the instructions within 7 days of receiving your goods through your online Turner and Lane account.


A returns shipping notice will then be provided. Goods will need to be returned to the store within the next 7 days in a perfect and saleable condition and in the original packaging. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
A refund for the returned items will be processed once received at Turner and Lane.


GIFTS.
An unwanted or incorrect gift may be exchanged for a store credit on the recipients account or returned to the purchaser who can organise their own refund through their account.


DAMAGED GOODS.
All purchases all thoroughly checked and packed by our caring staff for any flaws or damages before they are sent. In the unfortunate event that an item is received broken or not in perfect condition, (excluding handmade and artisan items where flaws are part of the natural charm and beauty) please contact the store immediately by email service@turnerlane.com.au or phone 03 9821 0012.
